Amedisys has hired a national search firm to find a new president, chief operating officer, and chief information officer.

Russell Reynolds Associates will conduct a nationwide search for the home health provider based in Baton Rouge. President, COO Larry Graham and CIO Alice Schwartz quit last week to pursue other interests. A spokesman says the company will consider its own employees as well as outside candidates.

News of the resignations dropped Amedisys shares about 22 percent.
