AMBER alert victim recovered, father still at large
LAFAYETTE PARISH - The 3-year-old girl who had been taken by her father prompting an AMBER alert has been recovered. Her father is still at large.
Troopers say Ransom J. Taylor, 30, took his 3-year-old daughter Kailey Kristy Taylor shortly after midnight Friday in Duson.
Ransom Taylor has brown hair and brown eyes. He's 5'6" and weighs about 130 pounds. He was last seen wearing black pants, black jacket and black boots. He has a scar over his left ear and a tattoo of a naked woman on his left bicep. There's also a tattoo on his right wrist that says "Kristal."
He was last seen in a 2000 white Pontiac Bonneville with Louisiana tags XHM 285.
