BATON ROUGE - LSU announced the second high-profile music act to happen during this football season's halftime shows is Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Aloe Blacc.

Blacc will perform with the Golden Band from Tigerland during the LSU-Arkansas game on Nov. 14. He's best known for his singles "I Need A Dollar", "The Man", and for writing and performing vocals for Avicii's "Wake Me Up", which was the number one song in 102 countries.

LSU announced earlier this week that OneRepublic would play in Tiger Stadium as well. Both were described as Super Bowl-style halftime shows developed with the marching band as part of a collaboration with College Live.

"It is an honor for the LSU Golden Band from Tigerland to share the field with Aloe Blacc." said Roy King, LSU Director of Marching Bands. "It is another great opportunity for our kids to perform with such a gifted artist in Tiger Stadium."

LSU said a number of tickets for home games remain available at LSUTix.net.
