All lanes open on I-110 S at Government
BATON ROUGE- All lanes are now open on I-110 South at Government Street. Traffic officials shut down the interstate earlier this morning due to a wreck involving an 18-wheeler.
According to EMS spokesperson Mike Chustz, upon responding to the incident, emergency crews requested an additional unit to help at the scene.
The Florida Street and North Street entrance ramps have also reopened. Congestion from this incident has reached North 22nd Street.
Drivers are advised to take an alternate route.
