TUPELO, MISSISSIPPI- Arrest warrants were issued for a state lawmaker and his parents in Mississippi after they were indicted on embezzlement charges. State Representative Brian Aldridge of Tupelo and his father, Louis Aldridge were out of town. His mother, Janice Aldridge turned herself in to Lee County authorities and was released on $5,000 bond. Aldridge is a Republican who has served in the Mississippi House since 2004. Last year, a judge ordered him to pay his aunt $200,000, whose estate was plundered by his father.
