Alcohol poisoning of handicapped child
VERMONT- A couple was arraigned in the death of the woman's 13-year-old handicapped son who was fed alcohol through an IV. Vermont State Police say toxicology reports indicate the teen's blood alcohol content was .146 when the legally drunk level is .08.
