The hunt for Al-Qaida has a new a new twist as the terrorist organization made a plea for money posted on a website. It's the third time in about a year, which could signal it's low on cash. The message also included an earlier audio recording of Osama Bin Laden urging businessmen to direct their alms to Al-Qaida. The posting also has another previous message from the group's top commander in Afhanistan who was killed in May.
