Acadian Ambulance Service truck crashes into dump truck in Denham Springs
BATON ROUGE- A car crash involving an Acadian Ambulance Service truck and a dump truck happened Tuesday afternoon in Denham Springs.
The accident happened on Range Avenue near I-12 when a dump truck stopped in front of an Acadian Ambulance service truck. The Acadian Ambulance truck did not stop soon enough and ran into the back of the dump truck.
The dump truck left the scene after the crash. Medics who were in the Acadian truck were not injured, according to initial reports from Justin Cox of the Acadian EMS.
The Acadian Ambulance truck has a buckled hood and bent bumper resulting from the crash.
