BATON ROUGE- The Acadian Ambulance Service has been an industry leader for more than 40 years. Now, they're looking to recruit people for their membership service.

The membership program supports the group's community service projects, like standby service for area high school football games, fairs and festivals.

Members will receive a 30% discount on billed ambulance charges in addition to unlimited access to the nurse advice phone line.

The deadline to sign up for an Acadian Ambulance membership is September 4^th.
