A little less coverage today
Hot and humid again today with some patchy fog possible in the morning hours. We'l lwarm up to the lower 90s with a chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. We'll call the low at 72 degrees tonight under mostly clear skies.
An area of high pressure displaced to our east will keep rain chances low throughout the week, but a pop-up thunderstorm can't be completely ruled out. If you're a fan of Louisiana summertime weather well you're in luck, especially since Saturday is the first day of summer.
Stay cool and keep an umbrella handy just in case.
