PITTSBURGH- A man who pleaded guilty to using the Internet to promote attacks against the U.S. military and civilian targets got eight-and-a-half years in federal prison. Emerson Begolly also admitted having a loaded gun when he bit two FBI agents who tried to question him about the plot. Authorities say he posted on an Islamic extremist Web forum he moderated.
