It is a very cold and frost morning across the Baton Rogue area. We have clear skies, calm winds and temperatures in the lower 30s. This will allow us to have a light freeze along and north of the I-10/12 Corridor. The NWS has issued a Freeze Warning in effect until 9 AM. You will want to dress warmly this morning!!
We will become warmer this afternoon as an area of high pressure sits over the Southeast U.S. Expect sunny skies with high temperatures in the lower 60s.
It is going to still be cold tonight, but we will stay above freezing with clear skies. Low temperatures will dip into the upper 30s.
