We begin this Thursday with plenty of clouds and muggy conditions around the Baton Rouge area with temperatures are in the upper 60s.
We will have pretty quiet weather today, but get ready for some changes on Friday. It will remain mostly cloudy throughout the day as a cold front gets organized to the northwest of Louisiana. Ahead of it, we will be breezy, very warm and humid with some showers popping up. High temperatures will be in the lower 80s.
The cold front will move closer to Baton Rouge tonight, and that will bring in scattered showers and a few thunderstorms toward daybreak. It will be another warm and muggy night with lows in the mid 60s.
