You better bundle up as you head out to work or school this morning! We have clear skies with temperatures in the upper 30s to lower 40s.
It is going to be another cool to mild day across the Capital City. An area of high pressure remains over the Southern U.S. and Hurricane Sandy is preventing it from moving much. This is bringing in northerly winds over the city. These winds are keeping it cool, but it remains sunny with highs in the mid 60s.
Expect another clear and cold night with low temperatures in the upper 30s. Better have that extra blanket on th bed again!
