A woman who was swept away from her car by raging water in Douglas County, GA is believed to be the 9th victim of flooding in the Atlanta area after days of torrential rain.
Family members told the coroner that the woman was on her way to work after being called in at 2:30 a.m. Other victims include a two year old boy who was torn from his father's arms by the water as they tried to escape as their trailer was ripped open by flooding from a nearby creek.
Authorities warn people to wait for water levels to drop before returning to see if there is damage to their homes.
