Nine people were indicted on federal charges of accessing President Obama's student loan files while they worked for a Department of Education contractor in Iowa. Prosecutors say the files were looked at while the President was a candidate, president-elect and while in office. Court records did not name the contractor the nine worked for. If convicted, they could face up to a year in prison and a $100.000 fine.
