Miami-area police say a gunman shot and killed four people at a restaurant and wounded three others before killing himself.

Hialeah police say the Sunday night shooting began in a parking lot outside the restaurant, where the man was seen arguing with a woman.

The man shot the woman then walked into the restaurant and started randomly firing at the people inside.

Afterward, he got into a vehicle and drove away.

He was found a few blocks away dead of an apparent suicide.

Police say the woman in the parking lot and two people in the restaurant were taken to a hospital.

The other four victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
