BATON ROUGE- Five people were arrested, accused of illegally selling magazines in neighborhoods.

People on Oleander Street complained the group was knocking on doors and looking through windows.

City leaders recently made it illegal to sell door-to-door without a special permit. Police said none in the group had that permit.

Everyone in the group was from out-of-town. Among those arrested are D. Larry Wright from South Carolina, Ralphael Cooper and Sheena Jackson from Virginia, William Rudolph from New Jersey, and Shawn McCrae from North Carolina.
