4-year-old shoots himself in neck in New Orleans
NEW ORLEANS -- New Orleans Police say a 4-year-old boy is recovering from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his neck Sunday.
According to a WWLTV report, the shooting happened in New Orleans East in the 7300 block of Brevard Street.
Police say the boy, who hasn't been identified, is stable in the hospital.
Detectives are speaking to individuals in the home, and the investigation is ongoing.
No charges have been announced.
