3 winning tickets in $1.6B Powerball drawing
BATON ROUGE - Louisiana lottery officials say tickets sold in California, Tennessee and Florida won Wednesday's world record $1.6 billion Powerball drawing.
The top prize for Saturday's drawing will be $40 million.
There was one Match 5 ticket purchased in Franklinton and it's worth $1 million.
There was no big winner in the Louisiana Lotto drawing.
Lotto players matching all six numbers drawn would have won or shared a $375,000 prize. The prize will rise to an estimated $400,000 million for the next drawing, on Saturday.
Lottery officials say one Easy 5 ticket purchased in Harvey won the $140,000 jackpot.
Saturday's Easy 5 drawing will be worth $50,000.
Winning numbers drawn Saturday were:
-Powerball: 4-8-19-27-34, Powerball: 10, Power Play: 2 (four, eight, nineteen, twenty-seven, thirty-four; Powerball: ten; Power Play: two)
-Lotto: 10-14-19-24-33-35 (ten, fourteen, nineteen, twenty-four, thirty-three, thirty-five)
-Easy 5: 1-5-9-13-34 (one, five, nine, thirteen, thirty-four)
