3 bodies, 1 survivor found from boat that sank off Florida
STUART- Officials say three bodies and one survivor have been found from a boat that sank off the Florida coast.
The Martin County Sheriff's Office says two bodies were found Monday in St. Lucie Inlet and another on a beach. Further details weren't immediately released. Three men and a child were on the boat, which went missing Sunday. One of the men was a Palm Beach County jail deputy.
The wife of one man told the Coast Guard that they usually fish just offshore near Stuart or in the Intracoastal Waterway.
The boaters left in a 24-foot Sea Ray boat about 8 a.m. Sunday. There was a small craft advisory with winds above 20 mph.
Stuart is on the Atlantic Coast, about 80 miles north of Fort Lauderdale.
