22-year-old arrested for fourth-offense DWI
BATON ROUGE - A 22-year-old man was arrested Saturday for his fourth DWI offense.
Joseph Seymore of Baton Rouge was booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on counts of DWI, insurance required, driver's license suspended or revoked and vehicle registration required.
