2014 budget up for discussion
BATON ROUGE - Mayor-President Kip Holden will present Tuesday his proposed 2014 budget to council members.
City employees have called on leaders to raise their wages, claiming they are underpaid compared to others in the region.
Last year, the city spent about $800 million.
