2 wanted after using counterfeit cash at N. Mall Drive Walmart
BATON ROUGE - Sheriff’s deputies in East Baton Rouge Parish are on the lookout for a pair of men seen using counterfeit cash at the North Mall Drive Walmart last month.
Reports indicate the two men used $1,100 in counterfeit currency to buy two laptop computers from the retailer on Dec. 5. The cash they used to make the purchase included ten counterfeit $100 bills and two counterfeit $50 bills.
Anyone with information about the crime is urged to contact the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office at (225) 389-5000.
