2 teens arrested in Franklin double homicide

A 19-year-old and a 16-year-old are accused in the beating deaths of a 75-year-old woman and a
49-year-old man whose bodies were found in their home Feb. 4.
Randy Anthony Joseph was booked with the first-degree murders of Audrey Picard and Larry
Guillory.
The 16-year-old was booked as a juvenile with first-degree murder and armed robbery.
Joseph was already in jail for illegal possession of property stolen from another house.
Police found the bodies of Picard and Guillory after a meal delivery person called because they didn't answer their door.
