2 teens arrested for rash of vehicle burglaries
HAMMOND- Deputies in Tangipahoa Parish arrested two teens from Holden authorities say are responsible for a rash of vehicle burglaries in the Ponchatoula area.
On Christmas Day, Kendye Everhart and Matthew Hood of Holden were arrested for several vehicle burglaries which occurred in Belle Foret Subdivision the week of Dec. 21, according to a news release from the Sheriff's Office.
The suspects were taken into custody in Livingston Parish and transported to Tangipahoa Parish. They both remain in the parish jail.
