SPRINGFIELD- Two students at Springfield High School were arrested after deputies say they posted a threat of violence on Facebook.
The Sheriff's Office was contacted by a concerned party that a post had been placed on Facebook advising that a shooting was to occur at Springfield High School on March 12.
Richard Gainey, 17, and Taylor Thomas, 18, are charged with one count of terrorizing.
The teens told authorities that the incident was meant as a prank and there was never any intent to harm anyone.
