DONALDSONVILLE, La. - Federal investigators are at two chemical plants that were the sites of fatal explosions last week, and two people remain hospitalized.

CF Industries spokeswoman Blythe Lamonica says a team from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration was at the plant Sunday.

She says one employee remains hospitalized in stable condition.

Baton Rouge General Medical Center has said one patient injured Thursday at The Williams Cos. Inc. plant remains hospitalized in good condition.

State Trooper Jared Sandifer says OSHA began work at the Williams plant on Saturday and continued Sunday.

One man died and seven were injured Friday at the Donaldsonville plant. CF Industries is based in Deerfield, Ill.

An explosion and fire Thursday killed two and injured dozens at a plant owned by Williams, of Tulsa, Okla.
