2 men booked with 67 burglary counts
AMITE - Deputies say two Tangipahoa Parish men were arrested on 67 counts each of burglary and four counts of possession of stolen firearms following a string of thefts at the Robert Mini Storage Lot.
Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Dawn Panepinto says more than 60 units at the storage facility were burglarized Monday.
Panepinto says 22-year-old Bradley A. Williams, of Tickfaw, and 25-year-old Anthony F. Rogers, of Hammond, were arrested Wednesday.
Williams and Rogers were booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail on the burglary and firearm possession counts. Rogers additionally was booked on four counts of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
Panepinto says the investigation continues, and further arrests are expected.
It was unclear whether the men have attorneys.
