KENNER- A second former St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office deputy has surrendered to authorities for using the department's gas card to buy $70.20 worth of gas for his personal vehicle.

Kenner police say 33-year-old Kenny Guidry, of LaPlace, was booked with malfeasance, theft and access device fraud.

38-year-old Gregory Cali, of Metairie, was also booked on the same charges.

Police say Cali bought $86.90 worth of gas for his personal vehicle using the gas card.

Capt. Pat Yoes of the St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office says the purchases were discovered during a routine audit of the sheriff's offices' Fuelman account.
