2 dead in two separate New Orleans shootings
NEW ORLEANS - Police in New Orleans are investigating two separate fatal shootings.
The first happened around 2 a.m. Saturday. Police said they were called to a usually unoccupied residence where construction work was under way. They found a man there, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He died at the scene.
The second shooting death was reported around 7:20 a.m. in a different area. That, victim also was shot multiple times. Police said they would have more details later Saturday. There was no
information available on possible motives or suspects in either case.
