BATON ROUGE - A 19-year-old died from injuries sustained in a crash earlier this week, the Louisiana State Police said Saturday.
Lolene Collyer of Denham Springs died Friday night. Collyer died at a hospital in Baton Rouge a day after the crash in Watson.
Thursday, Collyer turned into the path of an 18-wheeler and was hit at the intersection of LA 1019 and LA 64. The semi hit the driver's side of Collyer's sedan.
Collyer was wearing a seatbelt.
