18-wheeler plunges of Louisiana bridge, bursts into flames
LAKE CHARLES- An 18-wheeler fell off a Louisiana river bridge and burst into flames.
KPLC-TV reports the truck fell off the eastbound side of the Calcasieu River Bridge on Interstate 10 in Lake Charles Thursday night around 10:45 p.m. The 18-wheeler then caught fire. The condition of the driver is unknown.
Eastbound traffic was diverted to Interstate 210.
