East bound lanes of Interstate 12 have re-opened after a crash involving an 18-wheeler. It happened just after ten o'clock last night between the towns of Livingston and Holden.

State Police said the driver of the big rig hit a guard rail before overturning. Crews spent part of the morning removing the wreckage. The driver had minor injuries. Police charged him with careless operation.
