BATON ROUGE- A 13-year-old boy has been found guilty in juvenile court of two counts of sexual battery.
The verdict is connected to a case involving three younger boys who said the teenager raped them. At the time of the crimes, the teen was 12-years-old. Names of those involved are being withheld, due to their ages.
In March, a mother of one of the victim's said her son started to act strange after being assaulted.
"My baby is afraid to go to the bathroom. He bed wets. He has a phobia...he will not go to the bathroom by himself because this occurred in the bathroom," she said.
The 13-year-old is awaiting sentencing. He faces time in a juvenile prison, treatment or group home, or could get probation.
The teen would not have to register as a sex offender, because he is not 14-years-old.
