ALEXANDRIA - Police arrested a 12-year-old after they say the juvenile shot and killed someone with an air pellet gun.

The shooting happened Friday night in Alexandria.The victim, 29-year-old Courtney Honore, 29, was shot once and died at the hospital. Details surrounding the shooting, as well as the accused shooter's name haven't been released.

The 12-year-old is still in custody at the time of this post.
