$1 million lotto ticket sold in Louisiana
BATON ROUGE - Lottery officials say the winning tickets in Wednesday's $425 million Powerball drawing were sold in Minnesota and New Jersey and there was a match 5 winner in Louisiana. That ticket sold in LaPlace is worth $1 million.
There were no big winner in the Louisiana Lotto or Easy 5 drawings.
Lotto players matching all six numbers drawn would have won or shared a $675,000 prize. The prize will rise to an estimated $725,000 for the next drawing, on Saturday.
Also, the lottery says, no one won the $90,000 Easy 5 jackpot.
