BATON ROUGE - State police say a deadly crash is under investigation.
According to authorities, 28-year-old Matthew J. Tucker of Pineville suffered fatal injuries off Highland Road around 8:30 last night.
Officials say Tucker was drifted off the roadway to the right but over corrected and ran off the road into a ditch on the left striking several trees.
A toxicology sample was taken from Tucker for analysis to determine if he was impaired.
