We will have a gorgeous afternoon thanks to high pressure building in behind the cold front that came through yesterday. This will provide us with sunny skies and cool temperatures in the lower 60s.
You can expect another pretty chilly night across the Capital City. We will be clear with low temperatures in the mid 30s. Some patchy frost is possible.
Friday will be another delightful day with mostly sunny skies. A dry cold front will move across the state, but it will only bring a few clouds with it. We will stay cool with a high in the lower 60s. That is the temperature is it supposed to be this time of year. Friday Night will be mostly clear and still chilly with lows near 40.
Weekend Outlook: A weak disturbance will move across the state on Saturday. This will tap into what little Gulf Moisture moves back over us, and that will give us a sun/cloud mix. A few sprinkles will be possible later in the day. Highs will be in the upper 60s. Saturday Night will be mostly cloudy with a few sprinkles. Lows will be in the mid 40s.
The disturbance will be east of Louisiana on Sunday and we will become partly cloudy. It will be mild with highs in the upper 60s and lows in the mid 40s.
Enjoy the sunshine and have a nice day! -Dave
